In 1988, Karavan Studio was born.  Her first home was on Lockhill-Selma.  In 1996, Karavan relocated to a newly renovated building on S. Alamo.  In 2001, she moved to N. St. Mary’s and lived there for six years.  In 2007, after the studio’s 13^th annual recital, the space was closed and all classes were moved into the beautiful Synergy Studio at the Pearl.

And now…..Karen Barbee Adkisson continues to teach large group classes at the Synergy Studio and the current incarnation of Karavan Studio is an intimate studio for private and small group classes at 331 W. Mulberry #3.
